What is happening on Route 45?

Route 45 is a critical link in this region of Platte County as one of two major east/west routes connecting Interstate 435 and Interstate 29.

There are currently several projects either under construction, or gearing up to begin, along this route.

One of the most critical projects is the Route 45 widening or improvement project.

The purpose of the Route 45 improvement project is to construct a safe, efficient, economical and environmentally sound transportation option that meets driver's needs for Route 45 from Routes 9 to K.

Construction is set to begin on this project, however this online meeting was created to inform residents about this project, as well as others along the route, and gather comments and feedback.
