Safe & Sound Bridge Improvement Program will repair or replace 9 bridges in Platte County in 2010.

Safe & Sound will improve 800 of the worst bridges across the state through an innovative partnership with KTU Constructors by 2013.  When you see a Safe & Sound sign on a bridge or marked on a map, anticipate that it will close during construction.
