In 2011 Cass County, will receive the most surface improvements of any county, including:
- Route 71 West Outer Road: Resurfacing from north of the bridge over South Grand River to Route A near Archie, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by December.
- Route 71 East Outer Road: Resurfacing from Jackson County Line to state maintenance ends, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by December.
- Route 71 East Outer Road (Harmon Drive): Resurfacing from Route 58 to end of state maintenance, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by December.
- Route 71 East Outer Road (Rockhaven Road): Resurfacing from Indian Springs Road to end of state maintenance, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by Labor Day.
- Route 71 East Outer Road: Resurfacing from Route J to end of state maintenance, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by Labor Day.
- Route 71 West Outer Road (Peculiar Drive): Resurfacing from south Peculiar city limits to end of state maintenance
- Route F: Resurfacing from Route 7 to Route B, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by November.
- Route A: Resurfacing from Route 18 to Route B, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by November.
- Route J: Resurfacing from Route 58 to Route 71, starting after July 4 and complete by September 1.
- Route P: Resurfacing from Route 291 to end of state maintenance, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by November.
- Route Z: Resurfacing from Route 2 to Route 7, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by Labor Day.
- Route TT: Cold mix treatment from Route 7 to end of state maintenance, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by Labor Day.
- Route DD: Resurfacing from Route 2 to end of state maintenance, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by Labor Day.
- Route CC: Resurfacing from Route 58 to end of state maintenance, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by Labor Day.
- Route EE: Resurfacing from Route 7 to end of state maintenance, starting after July 4 and scheduled to be complete by Labor Day.
