On July 8, 2011, Governor Nixon vetoed House Bill 430, therefore the provisions relating to outdoor advertising will not go into effect.  Review a copy of Governor Nixon's veto letter.

Introduced by Representative Burlison - This bill changes the laws regarding Billboards, specifically Sections 226.540 and adding Section 226.541.
